1. About these terms

This website is operated by Visionary Dynamics (“the firm”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is for

The site describes the firm's services and publishes occasional written material. It is provided for general information. It is not a proposal, an offer to contract, a professional opinion or advice on your particular situation, and nothing on it creates a client relationship.

3. Professional services are separate

Any work the firm carries out for you is governed by a separate written engagement: a terms of reference, a contract or a purchase order agreed between us. Where those documents and this site differ, those documents apply.

The following limits apply to the firm's services and are repeated on the relevant service pages:

• Audit support and audit-readiness work is advisory and implementation support. It does not replace a licensed statutory audit firm where the law requires one, and it carries no audit opinion.
• Statutory audits, licensed tax opinions, legal close and regulated financial-advisory mandates require appropriately licensed practitioners, and are delivered with or referred to such practitioners.
• The firm supports procurement documentation and processes. It does not replace a client's designated procurement entity or evaluation panel, does not bid on procurements it has helped design, and does not act for both sides of the same transaction.
• Project-preparation support improves the quality and completeness of a project file. It does not guarantee financing, approvals, tender awards or investment returns.

4. Accuracy of the content

The firm takes care over what it publishes, but the site is provided as it is. Content can date, and the firm does not warrant that it is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. You should not act on material published here without taking advice on your own circumstances.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics, logo and code on this site belong to the firm or to its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link. You may not republish the site's material commercially, copy substantial parts of it, or use the firm's name or logo to suggest an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.

Third-party components used on this site are used under their own licences, which are listed in the project's technical documentation.

6. Your enquiry

When you send an enquiry you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to send it, and that it does not include anyone else's personal data or confidential material that you are not free to share. Enquiries are handled as set out in the privacy notice.

Sending an enquiry does not oblige the firm to take the work, and does not create a contract or a duty of care.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• attempt to gain access to any part of it, or to any server or account, that you are not authorised to use;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with its availability or integrity;
• send unsolicited marketing, automated submissions or abusive content through its forms;
• collect data from it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

8. Links to other sites

Where the site links to another organisation's website, that link is for convenience. The firm does not control those sites, does not endorse their content, and is not responsible for them. Visiting them is at your own risk and under their terms.

9. Availability

The firm aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be suspended, withdrawn or changed without notice, including for maintenance.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by the law that applies, the firm is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on material published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned. The current version is 2026-09-draft-1. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version then in force.

12. Governing law

The governing law and the courts that would hear a dispute have not yet been settled for this site and are deliberately not asserted here. This clause will be completed on the firm's instruction and on legal advice before these terms are approved.
