Team Lead | Professional Planner & Research Consultant
Hakeem is a Professional Planner and research consultant with over eight years of experience supporting public institutions, local governments and development partners in Ghana. A Corporate Member of the Ghana Institute of Planning, he brings practical expertise in urban and local development planning, climate and resilience, monitoring and evaluation, governance, and project preparation.
As Team Lead at Visionary Dynamics, he leads the delivery of evidence-based research, advisory and project preparation support. He combines rigorous analysis, GIS and data analytics with strong stakeholder engagement to help clients design, implement and verify programmes that deliver results on the ground.
